Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy 1. General Booking Policy - All services and coaching sessions require **full payment or a deposit** at the time of booking. - Clients will receive a **confirmation email and/or text message** with appointment details. - For coaching and consulting, a signed agreement is required before sessions begin. - Product purchases (e-books, courses, training materials) are **non-refundable** after download or access. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy - **24-hour notice is required** to reschedule any service appointment. - Missed appointments or cancellations with **less than 24-hour notice** will be **non-refundable**. - Rescheduled appointments must be within **14 days of the original date**. 3. Refund & Chargeback Policy - **All sales are final.** No refunds will be issued for completed services or digital products. - For coaching programs, a **no-chargeback clause applies** once coaching begins. - Chargebacks will be disputed with proof of services rendered, including signed agreements and session records. 4. Payment Plans & Auto-Debits - Payment plans are available for select services and must be **agreed to in writing**. - Clients on payment plans authorize **automatic deductions** until the balance is paid in full. - Failed payments will result in **suspension of services** until the outstanding balance is cleared. 5. Late Arrivals & No-Shows - Clients arriving **15+ minutes late** may need to **reschedule**, depending on availability. - No-shows will **forfeit their session** without a refund. 6. Product Delivery & Digital Access - Digital products (courses, e-books, templates) are delivered **immediately via email or client portal**. - Clients are responsible for **downloading and saving their materials**. - **No refunds or exchanges** will be given for digital products. 7. Customer Support & Dispute Resolution 8. No refunds on class deposits. - Clients with concerns should **contact support first** before filing a dispute. - Any disputes must be addressed via email at support@ashtheceo.com within **7 days** of service completion. By booking a service or purchasing a product, you **agree to these terms and policies**.
